- Check in 3 pm to 10 pm unless special arrangements are made. Cottage check in is after 4pm.
- Check-out 12 noon. Cottage check-out 11 am.
- Continental breakfast is included with Inn and Shafer House rooms and served from 8 am to 11 am.
- Breakfast Buffet included with Saturday night stay. Served from 8 am to 10:45 am
- 6% sales tax plus 3% hotel tax added to rates.
- Deposit – $25 per room. Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled one (1) week prior to arrival. Cancellation of 24 to 48 hours prior to reservation is $50. Same day cancellation on Friday or Saturday is $75. Group or cottage cancellation is one month advance notice.

- Sorry, no pets, except where noted, with innkeeper approval & $250 deposit.
